FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

1- Do I have to check in at the front desk each time I visit?
Yes, we will have a scanner at the front desk to scan your membership card.
Some of you may still need to be photographed (above shoulder shot) so the staff will be able to recognize you as you enter.

2- How do I get a locker when I visit the gym?
We will have lockers available for you to use on a daily first come basis and some for monthly rental. There is also some cubby-like shelving to store non-valuable items. You will need to bring a lock with you to use to lock up your personal items.

3- What help is available beyond my basic membership?
Each member will have a basic tour of the club. If you would like a more personal consultation you will also have the availability to meet with a personal trainer for an Equipment Orientation. There they will talk about goals, nutrition, and take starting statistics and show you how to use the equipment..  If you wish to continue working with that personal trainer, you can sign up for our Jumpstart  Program, where a trainer will get you going on the right path.  We also have Series and Package programs with our coaches.

4- What kind of help can I expect as a new member since I am not gym experienced?
There will be personal trainers and staff walking around to help answer any questions in regard to the equipment. Always ask we want to help!

5- If I have a problem with my membership whom do I call?
Please call Karen our Membership Specialist with any questions or concerns regarding payment or membership.

6- Cleanliness is important to me. How can I be assured that the club is being kept clean and sanitary?
Placed around the club are dispensers filled with disinfectant wipes to wipe down the seat and equipment after each use. As a courtesy to others you should clean your equipment after each use. Our staff will also be continually helping with the cleanliness of the club.

7- What should I bring with me to work out? 
Towel, Headphones, Lock, Work out clothing and shoes, Member Card or 14 Day Trial Pass


MEMBERS & GUESTS acknowledge that you are physically able to engage in any activity, program, or training provided and agree that all exercises and use of this facility are undertaken at your sole risk. You also agree to accept full responsibility for all personal belongings. Derogatory remarks involving any other member or club personnel will not be permitted.

Appropriate athletic shoes only. No street shoes, boots, or sandals are allowed in workout areas.
Shorts, sweat pants, T-shirts, tank-tops, & spandex accessories deemed appropriate by management.
Clean workout clothing is required. Any unsatisfactory visible hygiene condition will be addressed by management and corrective action may be required.
All other clothing and shoes must be kept in lockers. Please keep all valuables at home. Again, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Please avoid the use of heavy perfume or cologne.
No belt buckles, blue jeans, or loose jewelry items can be worn in workout areas.

Please be courteous at all times.
Allow others to work in during your rest periods.
Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts and weight stacks.
DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that has malfunctioned.
Report any equipment problem immediately to the staff.
Use your workout towel to wipe off equipment and benches after use.
If you are unfamiliar with the use of any equipment, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in this area or the weight room area.

Again, please be courteous at all times. Allow others to work in during rest periods.
Rack all weights after each use.
If dumbbells appear loose or cracked, report the item to the staff immediately.
Always use a spotter when attempting maximum weight.
Collars and clips are to be used for “free bar” lifting.

Water bottles with spill proof lids are allowed in all areas of the club. Please consume all food items, shakes, and supplement drinks at the juice bar.
