Jill Boan has been teaching and training in the industry for 18 years. She specializes in working with the Aging Adults. She enjoys working with the new exerciser. She loves to get someone going from the beginning and excited about changing. She wants to teach people that they can do it and that exercise is not just for the athlete, but everyone can get better and stronger. Jill is married with 2 kids. Her hobbies are hiking, trail running spending time with her family

Group cycling classes for all fitness levels. You control the resistance as we simulate a challenging ride, with great music. Sign-ups are available at the front desk no more than a week prior to class. A towel and water bottle are required & heart rate monitors are suggested.
A high energy, high intensity workout, focusing from core to gluts using Pliates & Yogafit moves combined with flexi bar, kamagon balls, medicine, bosu & more. Keeping your heart rate up as your body fat goes down- Yeah!
50 minute personalized group Calorie Burn! Join this high intensity interval class on the gym floor. We will increase metabolism utilizing the cardio machines, as well as the strength equipment. 40 minutes of interval followed with 10 minutes of stretch and cool down.
