Jill Boan has been teaching and training in the industry for 18 years. She specializes in working with the Aging Adults. She enjoys working with the new exerciser. She loves to get someone going from the beginning and excited about changing. She wants to teach people that they can do it and that exercise is not just for the athlete, but everyone can get better and stronger. Jill is married with 2 kids. Her hobbies are hiking, trail running spending time with her family
50 minute personalized group Cardio Burn!  Join this high intensity interval class on the gym floor.  We will increase metabolism utilizing the cardio machines, as well as the strength equipment.  40 minutes of interval followed with 10 minutes of stretch and cool down.
