Qigong


This class is taught by:
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice which focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance and the release of stress and tension. This
hour long exercise class features deep breathing with gentle, repetitive, easy to follow movements. Qigong is a mind, body, spirit connection, appropriate for all fitness levels.
