Kristin Jenkins

Kristin Jenkins has always enjoyed the field of Health and Nutrition. Her favorite hobbies are mountain biking, wakeboarding, snow skiing. She is a mother of 4 children, who is dedicated to family and leading an active, healthy lifestyle.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Nurse, Kristen serves as a motivator in guiding clients towards healthier lifestyles .“I love being a role model when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. My hopes and desires are to help others see the benefits that come from exercise and proper nutrition which are a notable decrease in blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and obesity.

Alex Cecil

Alex Cecil has a BS in clinical nutrition from UC Davis and is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She combines her knowledge of nutrition and exercise to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Outside the gym, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, backpacking, reading, and cooking.
Spinning Endurance- Group cycling classes for all fitness levels. You control the resistance as we simulate a challenging ride, with great music. Sign-ups are available at the front desk a week prior to class. A towel and water bottle are required & heart rate monitors are suggested.
